As a certified Brain Health Professional and Life Coach, I bring more than just professional credentials to my stress management practice – I bring real-life experience in overcoming chaos and building resilience.
Growing up in Mexico City with teenage parents taught me valuable lessons about stress, resilience, and transformation. Like many of the professional women I now coach, I learned to be fiercely independent and put others first – a strength that often transformed into people-pleasing at the expense of self-care.
My journey from International Relations graduate to becoming an immigrant in Canada mirrors the transformation many of my clients experience. Through reinvention and personal growth, I've earned certifications from:
